Thank you for choosing Intervention Instruction's DUI Class for your education program.
Getting Started
In order to complete your DUI education requirement through this site, you must have the following:
- Evaluation report or verification information faxed to and received by Intervention Instruction prior to enrollment. Include your name and e-mail address on the fax. Fax to 773.404.9750.
- A. If Your DUI Case was Tried in Illinois...
You must fax your Alcohol and Drug Evaluation Report to 773.404.9750.

- B. If You are Registering for a DUI Received Outside Illinois...
You must supply verification that you have confirmed with your individual court monitor that this DUI Computer Based Course will satisfy the requirements of that state’s court order.
- Confirm that your county is approved.
To register, your case MUST be in a county where the chief justice has given written permission approving use of DUI Computer Based Course.

- Access to a computer with an Internet connection
- Windows 2000 or higher; Apple 9.0 or higher
- Personal email address you will use throughout the program
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or better; Netscape 4.7 or better Internet browser
- CD-ROM drive
- Macromedia Flash plug-in
If you do not have the Flash plug-in when you begin the course, you will be provided a link directing you to the Macromedia Flash web site where you can download the Flash plug-in for free.

About Intervention Instruction's DUI Class
- Components
The class uses course material downloaded from our site or shipped to you on CD-ROM after you have paid the course fee and registered for the program. We must also receive all the required case documentation, including the alcohol report. The software you will download (or order on CD-ROM) integrates with online security features to monitor access, scoring, assignments, etc. You will also receive a Certificate of Completion when you finish and pass the class.
- Class Length
The class is divided into 4 sessions with a 48-hour lockout in between each session. You will need to complete the program over a minimum of 8 days and in no more than 30 days.
- Time Restrictions
Once you register, you will have 30 days to activate the course (i.e., log-in for the first time). Once you have activated the course, you will have 30 days to complete the program.

Technical support will be available via the web at www.interventioninstruction.org/techsupport.htm
IMPORTANT: While we will attempt to notify you via email regarding your progress, it is your responsibility to complete this program within the 30-day time frame. If you fail to complete this program within the required 30 days, you will be terminated from the program and you will be required to pay the extension fee of $150.00 for another 30 days.
